What problem does this solve?

Set up and run for you, step by step.
Who is this for?
What do I need from you?
To get started, I will need:
- Access to your Google Business Profile.
- Your customer list or booking system.
- A referral incentive you are happy to offer, such as a prize draw. Reviews themselves are never incentivised, per Google policy.
What do business owners ask most often?
Last updated:
Can you stop bad reviews being posted?
No, and no honest supplier can. Filtering customers so only the happy ones reach your review page is called review gating. Google prohibits it and the CMA treats fake or suppressed reviews as a banned practice under the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act. What this engine does instead is ask everyone, give you a private feedback route that runs in parallel so you hear about problems fast, and help you reply well in public. My own guide on this site sets out the rules in full.
Are these real reviews from real customers?
Yes, always. Reviews come only from your actual customers after actual jobs. The engine makes asking automatic at the moment the customer is most likely to write one, which is the step most businesses skip. Nothing is faked, bought, or written on anyone else's behalf.
Why do reviews matter so much for a local business?
Almost every customer checks your reviews before they buy, and Google rewards businesses with more and better reviews with higher local rankings. More reviews mean more trust, more calls, and better results from every other channel you run, often without spending anything on ads.
How do the referral requests work?
After a customer has left a review, they get a friendly message asking if they know someone who needs you, with an incentive you are comfortable offering, such as a prize draw. Your happiest customers already know your next customers. The engine just asks them consistently.
How much does it cost?
It is not sold on its own. The review engine is part of Core, which is £297 a month for the whole system, month to month.
